SHIPPING PROCESS
You will receive an email receipt from the payment provider confirming that payment has been made.

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days of receiving payment. Delivery will be by DPD.

We will notify you when your order has shipped. Please call if your products don't arrive within 3-4 working days of this email.


SHIPPING PROBLEMS
If you don't receive your order within 3-4 working days of your notification email, please live chat or DM:@fernutrition.


RETURNS
All items undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for damage before they are sent to customers.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can simply return the item within a 30 day period.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty or not what you ordered from our site then you can return it to us and we will exchange it for you. In these circumstances we will also refund any postal costs incurred by you to return the item to us once the fault has been identified.

If you are returning an item because it is unwanted, you will have to incur the cost of returning it to us. In this case the original postage fee if paid, will be non-refundable.

When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days, but please allow a maximum of 30 days for the refund to be processed.


30 Day Money Guarantee

Herbalife offers an exchange or full refund on all its products. Simply return the unused portion in the original container to us within 30 days of delivery, and we will make the refund. This guarantee will not affect you statutory rights as a consumer.

The money back guarantee does not cover International Business Packs or accessories such as shakers, spoons and water bottles.
