CHICKEN SAUSAGE BAKE - COOKING WITH FERNE πŸ₯˜

This recipe will feed a whole family & more. The juices from the coconut oil, spices & chorizo will make you jump for joy! It is so simple but so delicious. πŸ˜‹.

Coat chopped carrots, sweet Potato, bashed whole garlic cloves and chopped red onion in coconut oil, smoke paprika, Italian herbs, fennel seeds & ground cumin. I never know quantities I just make it up as I go along. Wing it darlings ;) Roast in the oven @ 180 for 10 mins. Add heck chicken sausages, chopped cooking chorizo, cherry tomatoes & artichokes & roast for a further 15 minutes. Add fresh dill & soft goats cheese to garnish.

Serve with salad or fresh veggies.
