You may see me always talking about ‘everything in moderation’ but what does that really mean?

We advise everyone that it is best not to have or do too much or too little of anything. Depriving yourself of certain foods which we are lead to believe is ‘bad for you’ can be just as bad for you & will increase your chances of ‘falling of the wagon’.

We associate the word ‘diet’ with always being hungry, which as we all know isn’t very enjoyable. This is why we encourage to have ‘cheat days’ & to enjoy yourself, this makes your new lifestyle a lot more realistic & achievable.

Life is always about balance & the Herbalife Nutrition plan is no acception. I have always been into my health & fitness, however I am still human!! I love to have a takeaway night once a week with my gal pals , I love being able to indulge on holiday and not have to worry about putting weight back on, no crazy FAD diets or quick fixes, just simply having my breakfast shake every morning has been the key to helping me keep my slender & toned figure!!
