HERBALIFE WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY EPISODE 29

Tell us about your story?
I had a baby in summer 21. Before this, fitness and food were important not only for physical health but my mental health too. After I gave birth, I tried so hard to get my head back into health but I found it harder than ever. I used sugar as a coping mechanism for a lack of sleep and had very little time to exercise.

How did Herbalife help you with your journey?
I was interested in the products because they weren't just about losing weight, it was about nutrition which for me, is so important. I follow a very simple plan with herbalife and dont have to spend hours meal prepping on a Sunday.
I could just have 2 of my shakes a day, my snacks and my teas, and a healthy balanced dinner. 

Because it's a protein focus, it's helped me get back into my passion of weightlifting which I'd lost confidence in since having my baby via cesarean section. Now I'm back doing deadlifts and benching 20kgs which is the best I've done since pre-pregnancy! I've gone from a size 16 to a size 12/14, but for me, it's about my mental health and looking after myself in that way.

Which are your favourite Herbalife products?
I'm following the two shake plan and I'm still exploring all the products. The shakes are amazing and I love the thermal tea.
