We are all guilty for forever waiting for the big exciting moments like a wedding, birthday or event. We focus on these moments so much that we lose sight of the smaller things in life. Appreciate the food on your table, the roof over your head & everyone around you. This applies to your weight loss journey to, celebrate the fact that you lost 2lbs, this may not be as amazing as you hoped but it is still a step in the right direction.
